Accepted Insurances

Navigating insurances is not always easy, but it's important for both the client and for Summit to make sure that Summit is credentialed and accepted with your insurance before scheduling.  I am currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare and am working to finalize credentialing with Kancare (Medicaid) and Tricare.  I also accept private pay clients.
